Okay, let's start out by talking about these illustrations.. Holy woah! They are simply magical.

The words in this book are super simple & have such a big meaning. Everyone does need love. Every single last person on this planet needs to be loved. It’s hard to remember to say “I love you” to the important people in your life.. Just a simple, “I love you” could change a persons whole day. I know the second my daughter looks up to me & says "mommy I love you", my whole world stops. Any little thing I was irritated with the second before, every thought that was racing in my head about what needs to be done next just vanishes. Now just imagine saying "I love you" to a random person who was just at that breaking point (we have all been there), those three simple words could change someone's whole perspective on their day, month, year.. even life.

“Everyone on earth needs love, this gift we give for free.” Love doesn’t cost a thing!

There was a few things in this book that really made my brain start to think as an adult. I've struggled my whole life with forgiving people. I tend to hold grudges more than I'd like to admit but we are all human, we all make mistakes. People deserve forgiveness (to an extent). I don't want my daughter growing up and holding grudges like I have done. This book is a must have for your littles library.
