I have been absolutely obsessed with Courtney’s work for so long now. I remember the first time I saw her art, it was shared on my Facebook feed. It was her collection of white privilege & I immediately had to learn more about the work she has done. I have learned so much from her & I appreciate all the free education she consistently brings for activism. She’s a HUGE role model for me!
When I saw she illustrated a children’s book, I just about lost my marbles! I’ve never bought something so quickly in my life!
It’s the perfect size for little hands. It’s short & sweet but teaches a big message. My little is almost 3 years old & she will yell out "ACTIVISM" & "SPEAK UP". The colors are so bright which I think is key for the little ones! This is a must have for your child!
