The title speaks for itself.

Millions of children have been forced to leave their homes (could you imagine having to up & move your child with barley anything on your back?) due to war, floods & other scary events.

Many child refugees have been separated from their parents & siblings (could you imagine being separated from your child? Or handing your child, the love of your life, your everything.. over to someone just so they could be safe?)

Over half of the worlds refugees are children (more than 10 million kids).

These children need & deserve a safe place to live. I personally think many adults could sit down & learn from the words written in this book. Welcome all the children.. not just the ones born in the USA.

The illustrations in this book are so beautiful, simple yet so detailed.
